Can I try Sentinel before paying? +
Yes. The Starter plan allows you to enrol up to 2 devices at no cost for an evaluation period. Create an account at /register and you're up in under 10 minutes.
Do you offer enterprise pricing for large fleets? +
Yes. For fleets above 200 devices, we offer custom pricing, volume discounts, dedicated onboarding, and custom SLAs. Contact us on WhatsApp or email sales@sentinelsecurity.io with your device count and requirements.
Which countries and device types does Sentinel support? +
Sentinel works from any country with an internet connection. The platform is optimised for East and West Africa. Supported device types: Android phones/tablets, Windows 10/11 laptops and workstations, Linux desktops and servers, macOS (beta). IoT and camera support is on the roadmap.
Can I pay via M-Pesa? +
Yes. We accept M-Pesa, Stripe (card/USD), and PayPal. M-Pesa payments are processed manually — pay to our Paybill, submit the confirmation code via your dashboard, and your account is upgraded within 1 business hour. See /pricing for full details.
Is Sentinel legal to use on employee devices? +
Yes, provided employees have given informed consent and the monitoring is disclosed in an employment agreement or device use policy. We provide a template consent clause on request. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full legal requirements.
What happens to data if I cancel? +
Access continues until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, device telemetry is retained for 30 days to allow data export, then permanently deleted. Agents remain on devices but stop receiving commands — you are responsible for removing them.
Do you provide a Security Questionnaire / DPA for procurement? +
Yes. Enterprise customers can request a completed security questionnaire, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and our full security posture documentation by emailing sales@sentinelsecurity.io. See our Security & Compliance page for an overview.
